At Uncle Koko's Wood Fired Pizzaria, we make pizza our own way because that's the only way that makes sense to us. The wood fire burns hot, the crust gets that perfect char, and every choice we make goes back to keeping things independent. We're a local spot where the decor, the food, and the attitude are all cut from the same cloth.
